75D Stripe Polyester Fabric with PU Membrane
·This girl's winter vest is made from 75D stripe polyester fabric, which features moisture absorbing and perspiration function. The texture of the puffer vest is shrink-resistant and soft, good drape, anti-pollution and chemical resistance.
·The fabric has a special treatment of covering the surface with a water repellent layer and we generally add DWR (Durable?Water?Repellency) when the finished fabric is finalized.
·The DWR shell is combined with a PU membrane to form a windproof and water repellent barrier and it can keep the jacket dry in light rainy or misty weather for 3 hours.
DWR with PU Membrane
PU membrane is a polyurethane barrier under the fabric and we added DWR layer to make the water droplets to form into a bead shape on the surface,which does not penetrate and diffuse to wet the clothes,in order to achieve a lotus-like water-splashing function which is called Lotus Effect. With the DWR water-repellent layer, the jacket can better keep you dry and comfortable.
75D Stripe Polyester Coating
100% Polyester fabric use yarns with durable and resilient filaments. These filaments lock together to create a durable and abrasion resistant fabric, which has moisture absorption and perspiration function. This engineered structure allows fabrics to remain very stable over extended wear and washing and still keep good draping.
Knitted Fabric Lining
The hood and lining are made of knitting fabric, which is a fabric formed by bending a yarn into a loop and arranging each other with a knitting needle. It features soft texture, moisture absorption, perspiration, breathable, warmth and wrinkle resistance, making it comfortable and warm to wear and not easy to be static.
Insulated Hand Plug Cotton
This puffer vest is filled with high-quality hand plug cotton (weights about 440g) and each ounce of them has thousands of fluffy hollow fiber that interlock and overlap to create insulating pockets of air. It prevents cold air leaking through seam and stops inner heat to run out effectively, which is what keeps you toasty and warm.
Breathable & Soft Liner
