Vtg 1885 Teddy Ruxpin Grubby Cassette Tape Books Worlds Of Wonder READ!.

Teddy Ruxpin - Outside of the bear sitting is in excellent condition. However, his butt area has damage from sitting over time.
I put new batteries inside and the tape powers on and the cassette gears turn for one or two rotations and then it turns off. Could possibly be fixed if you are skilled in fixing electronics.
Grubby - He is in like new condition. I was unable to test him, however, I did use a similar aux cord to attach the two animals together. For the second that Teddy Ruxpin turns on, it does sound like something motorized in Grubby turns on, but it’s hard to tell because TR turns off quickly.
The aux cord included is NOT a Worlds of Wonder cord. It was just something I found in my house that seems to be the same kind of adapter needed. I am including it, in case it will work if TR is fixed.
3 books with cassette tapes. All in very good condition!
Christmas outfit for Teddy Ruxpin to wear. Also, I’m great condition.
Original paperwork that is included with purchase of TR from WOW. The back of the Care and Instructions guide does have some crayon marks but otherwise all are in good condition.
I wish I was skilled enough to fix Teddy Ruxpin because I would keep him forever! I’m hoping he can go to a loving home where someone can fix him up and enjoy him.
