Has Francie Black and White tag still attached and in nice condition

The item is in good vintage used condition with following issues/flaws.....
The bead buttons are loose/button-holes have splits, the belt has thin curling to collar ends and bottom front edges, there is a spot, and in general the jacket/coat shows alot of play wear.
