    Bakelite
    rhinestone slide buckle
    . All stones sparkle but some are a little darker around outside, please look at pictures, doesn't distract or affect use.
    It measures 3 3/8  inches across.   This is from a local estate.
    All my pieces are estate items, vintage or antique  and beautiful.
