Culotte Wot?" Dress
Fresh from as estate, here is a nice Francie "Culotte Wot?" dress from 1968-69.
It  is in excellent  condition.   No rips, holes, seam splits, or stains. The dark spot in front is the tag showing through. Both buttons are firmly attached as is a nice Francie tag and paper lot tag. The top button loop is missing but the bottom one is in tact. The top bow is complete, just folded over.
