Vintage Antique Souvenir - Brinsmade, N. D., 3.5" Gold Washed Small Glass Bowl.
"Souvenir Brinsmade N.D."
The gold wash is on the top side, it is thinning, so you can hold it up to the light and see through it, but looks solid as it sits on a flat surface. It is mostly worn off in the very center. The bowl is shaped similar to a panning for gold pan.
