We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items during shipment.  Tracking information is automatically sent via email by eBay.  All items are shipped within 1 business day, Monday -Friday.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.  We only ship via USPS at this time.
