THIS OUTFIT IS IN GREAT SHAPE.  THE DRESS IS BRIGHT AND VERY CRISP.  IT HAS THE FRANCIE TAG NO FREYING.  VERY SMALL PLACE AT NECKLINE THAT HAS FADED.  CORK SANDALS ARE IN GREAT SHAPE WITH PERFECT RIBBON.

Forms of Payment:  Pay Pal only please. Buy it Now listings require immediate payment. Auction listings require payment within 3 days of auction end.
Items will ship within 24 hours once payment is confirmed (sometimes next day).
If payment is not received for auctions within 3 days a payment reminder will be sent.

attempt then I will file a non payment claim with e-bay.
I will combine shipping when possible.

Shipping charges include delivery confirmation.
I pack well but in the event that something is damaged and the item has been insured the Buyer will be given the paper work to file the claim.
If the Buyer wants me to do it then the Buyer must ship the item(s) to me at the Buyers cost and I will file the claim.
Feedback – I will leave feedback once I know that you have received the item(s) purchased and everything is ok.

Refunds:  I will refund within 7 days of receipt if the item described and shown is not what is received.    Buyer pays shipping costs both ways in the same way that it was sent.
Items that are free shipping will be refunded less the shipping cost.
Books, DVD’s, Clothes and other specified items are not returnable.
