That means NO wear or damage or anything at all really, as this jacket is...superb. Kids outerwear takes a beating which is why you want to buy the better stuff. Harley Davidson makes incredible clothing for kids but the Disney Store is up there as well.  Marvel's Spiderman has been popular for decades and never goes out of style. What sets the better quality jackets apart, besides the denser insulation and double row lock stitching...are the decorations. Look at the arms as that huge silver spider is not a decal that will peel after 25 washes. It is fully embroidered INTO the material, not even a patch. Yes, the big eyes on the hood are not thread or embroidery but they are HUGE black eyes, so it wouldnt work and the hood material has to be very flexible so a large stiffer "pair of eyes" wouldnt work. In any case, your kid will love it. The inside is super soft and warm plush fabric and the cuffs and waistband are knitted elastic to seal out cold and seal warm inside. The zipper pull is part of the design as it is a large rubber Spiderman tab, easy for kids to grab with gloves on and cold fingers. The hood has a hanging loop for the schools up North (here in Florida we have no coat rooms, mud rooms, basements or heated sidewalks). Size 4 and unisex, if your daughter likes Spiderman, great jacket for her too.  The jacket is thick with dense insulation so it will not roll up to ship and will not fold like a sweatshirt or denim jacket.
