Antique 1900s Buffalo China Butter Tub Sugar & Creamer Pink & Yellow Roses Gilded
I purchased these from a local wedding decorator who used these for staging and decorating events
A hand painted butter bowl made by Buffalo Pottery China. It has beautiful hand painted roses around the exterior and along in the inner sides butter bowl dated 1919
Measures 5" across the tub
5 5/8" across the tops of the handles
2” depth
There is gold gilded trim on the upper edge and on the handles, with an iridescent interior
Very good condition overall condition with light wear and 2 small Chips on the underside edge that are very smooth to the touch and not sharp. They are also concealed when setting upright and not noticeable
The creamer is uncovered and in very good condition with light wear to the gilded gold accents but not excessive and no chips or cracks
Dated 1918
Measures 5” handle end to pour spout
Has a 2” opening and stands 2.5” tall
The sugar bowl Hs a lid and is in good condition the sugar bowl Hs a light hairline fracture but not broken through and very usable the fracture Hs a darkened area to the inner but not broken through as a crack. It’s a beautiful display item for a curio cabinet or on a dresser. Dated 1918
The sugar bowl gilding also has some wear but nothing too excessive
All are in very good condition with some light wear described in description
No odor and from a non smoking household
