In the US, I charge shipping based on estimated weight plus /shipment handling in fee

As of 2013 USPS rate changes...you can purchase 1 - 3 packages for the same shipping $$$. Each additional package after 3 adds about 20 cents to your shipping cost.
For International shipments, I charge shipping based on estimated weight plus the same /shipment handling fee.
While shipping costs vary from country to country, it is often tiered rates.  I encourage you to use the shipping calculator in the listing if you are purchasing multiple items.
