All are varieties, including 1873 DDO-1; 1875 no JBL; 1877 DDR-1; 1878 DDR-1, 2, 3, 4, or 5; 1878-S DDR-1; 1879 DDR-1 or 2; 1879-S DDR-1; 1882-S RPM-1; 1883-S MPD-1; 1888 DDR-1; 1889-S RPD-1; 1890 RPD-1; 1890-S DDR-1; 1891-S DDR-1 or RPM-1; 1895 RPD-1; 1896 RPD-1, 2, or 3; 1896-S RPM-1; 1897 RPD-1 or 2; 1898-S RPD-1; 1900 RPD-1; 1901 RPD-1; 1904 RPD-1 and/or MPD-1; 1904-S RPD-1; 1907- RPD; and 1907-S RPD-1. PCGS recognizes some of the varieties (depending on their die states) and has noted certain of them on their inserts, usually calling them "Minor Varieties" or "Mint Errors" only because they are unlisted in the Cherrypickers' Guide. However, most of these GOLD varieties are far more dramatic, extensive, and rare than over 99% of COSTLIER Lincoln cent varieties!
