RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns with 30 days of the sale of the item.
Your satisfaction is our goal.
If you notice a problem with your item, we ask that you please send us a message before opening a return request.
We want to make it right and we want to insure that the items needing to be returned are processed properly.
Please be advised that if an item that is not wanted and is returned back to us not in the original packaging or same condition as when purchased there may be a fee assessed to your refund.
We understand that at times a customer will change their mind and want to return an item, we only ask that they take care of the item being returned so we may be able to relist it and re-coop any associated costs.
This policy enables us to keep our costs low and provide quality products at a fair discounted price to our consumers.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We provide FREE shipping on all items within the continental United States and Puerto Rico (some listing have built in surcharge for Puerto Rico).
If there is an item you are interested in purchasing and you reside outside of this area, please contact us for an estimate on a discounted shipping cost (we will only charge you the difference in shipping cost from what we would have paid versus the new cost to ship).
We will ship your item when Payment is received Monday-Friday. All items paid for before 8 A.M. Eastern Time will be shipped same day. All payments received after 8 A.M. Eastern Time will be shipped the following day.  We do not ship Saturday-Sunday because we are closed.
